  • Arrangement fee for a customer already with a mortgage is £399 and for a new mortgage customer it is £999
  • You can add arrangement, legal and valuation charges to the mortgage but if this pushes the amount borrowed over the Loan to Value then a higher rate of interest will be charged.
  • There are no legal fees if you are an existing customer of Clydesdale Bank, and also none if you are moving your mortgage from another lender.
  • Clydesdale Bank has a special feature that at the end of the fixed rate term, extra payments or larger monthly charges might be made without incurring charges
  • Should you make an early repayment then the charges are as follows: 3% in the first year and 2% in the second year
