Five year discount mortgage:

  • For five years a discount of 0.75% off the (SVR) Standard Variable Rate that currently is 5.19% and means a rate of 4.44% for the 5 year term. This then changes back to the full SVR for the remainder of the mortgage term.
  • There is a booking fee of £100 which is required immediately on applying for the mortgage
  • There is an arrangement charge of £499 that applies to mortgages up to £250,000
  • The LTV (loan to value) is a maximum of 75%
  • There is an early repayment charge of 2%. This is of the sum which was advanced and payable should the mortgage be repossessed or moved during the first three years.

Buy to Let mortgage:

  • A (SCR) Standard Variable Rate that currently is 5.19%
  • There is a booking fee of £99 that is non-refundable and required immediately on applying for the mortgage
  • There is an arrangement charge of £400 that applies to mortgages up to £250,000
  • The LTV (loan to value) is a maximum of 70%
  • A maximum LTV of 50% solely on interest
  • There is an early repayment charge of 2%. This is of the sum which was advanced and payable during the first two years
